Last Monday March 26, 2012- Xavier University signed a Memorandum of Agreement with the Brgy. Lumbia Council at 2:30 in the afternoon in the XU President’s office. The MOA was about the potable water supply for Xavier Ecoville, the relocation site for the typhoon Sendong victims located in brgy. Lumbia, Cagayan de Oro City.
Present during the signing were XU President Fr. Roberto C. Yap, SJ, XU Lumbia Resettlement Committee Chair Roel R. Ravanera and the Physical Development Committee Head of Xavier Ecoville Engr. Eliseo B. Linog, Jr. And representing Brgy. Lumbia was their Punong Barangay Hon. Wilhelm E. Valencia.
